Distribution: Karnataka. Kerala , Tamil nadu, Telangana

Body : Medium sized insect

Head :Face : entirely shining black.

Thorax: 1. Scutum shining black without pale markings.  Narrow postsuturalvittae. Narrowing posteriorly well before ia setae. Scutullem yellow with a moderatley broad black basal band.

Legs : Fore femora shining black, mid femora entirely shining black, hind femora apecal with shining black.

Wings: Costal band confluent with R2+3 and remaining narrow to end just beyond extremity of R4+5. A arrow anal streak.

Abdomen: Mostly shining black. Narrow brown colour band on tergum II .  Pair of oval shining black spot on tegum V.  Pectan present on tegum III of male.
